Natasha is sales smasher

The Sales and Marketing Manager at the Bedford Swan Hotel has won a South of England award for her innovative approach to winning customers.

More than 70 hotels in the Redfine BDL group were competing for glittering prizes and new girl Natasha Trudgill topped the lot in the “dramatically different” category.

Redefine BDL is the largest hotel management company in the UK, with the historic Bedford Swan Hotel being a jewel in the crown.

Natasha joined the company in 2014 from a background in newspaper sales, and marketing with Champneys and Stadium MK.

The award for Natasha read:

This person has come into the hotel and made a huge impact in a relatively short space of time.  Their creativity is easily seen if you take a look at their Facebook or Twitter page!  Everything they do is saturated with personality.  As a leader in their market place and with a historically strong performance at the hotel, a new approach was needed to ensure we maximised every strong opportunity. 

They have confirmed sales for their hotel with their out of the box approach, from securing PR, to selling local companies advertising space on an ice rink
