BedfordBID is supporting the Pride in Bedford campaign run by the Bedford Borough Council and Times & Citizen newspaper.

 
Service with a Smile is the category chosen by the BedfordBID as it best represents how businesses are welcoming customers to the town.
 
Mo Aswat Executive Director of BedfordBID said: “We think the Pride in Bedford is a good flag to be flying for the town and we know that businesses are a key part of the customer experience. So we will be looking for an individual or a team that goes an extra mile when it comes to customer service.”
