Host of New Businesses Open in Bedford Town Centre

The Blue Glass Independent Wine Merchants on St Cuthberts Street are the newest addition to Bedford Town Centre and Bedford’s only specialist independent wine merchant, offering personally sourced wines from small independent growers from around the world.

They’re just one of a host of new businesses to open their doors in Bedford Town Centre during the last few weeks.

If you’re serious about making a positive commitment to your health then then the new VT Fitness is the perfect way forward, offering an exclusive pay as you go scheme (no membership required), and just ten minutes using their exciting new vibration therapy training offers the equivalent of an hour’s workout.

Corpus Fitness is also open on the first floor, offering food supplements, nutrition, street & gym wear and other top products. They also have a shake bar and offer expert fitness advice, plus discounts on all supplements and are open until late.

Also new to Bedford Town Centre this month is Mill Yard Labels, just off Mill Street; a new and unique fashion store bringing a wide range of designer clothing to Bedford Town Centre including Moschino, Stone Island, Armani, Versace, Dolce&Gabbana and Diesel.

A new addition to Allhallows is Caffe Amore & Sandwich Bar - a brand new coffee shop offering up a large selection of hot food, snacks and refreshments, situated ideally for anyone travelling to and from the town centre via the bus station.

The newly refurbished Fleur De Lis restaurant & bar, on Mill Street, opened it’s doors recently too, bringing a touch of class and a drop of champagne along with a new look and a new menu, serving up anything from lobsters, oysters and specially smoked fish, to home made pies, roasts and a large selection of real ales.

And finally, Yamas Greek Restaurant and Bar opened in June, offering visitors a truly entertaining experience alongside mouth watering traditional Greek foods and their infamous 24 dish Meze.

Other new businesses coming to Bedford Town Centre in the past twelve months include Gennaros, Nicholls Deli, Beauty For Ashes, Baci La Boutique, Luscious Juice Bar, Griller, Phat Dealz, Costa Coffee and Primark.
