With sage & onion stuffing, chipolata and bacon.

Beef in Red Wine
Tender pieces of beef, in a rich wed wine gravy, with button mushrooms and bacon lardoons.

A crisp pastry base, filled with braised mushrooms and onions, topped with sliced potato and walnuts.
