Local Hypnotherapist and professional speaker, Gary Foster will be presenting at the forthcoming Bedford Natural Health and Wellness Fair this Saturday 31st May. It’s being held at the Harpur Suite, next to the Library in town and he’ll be doing a talk where he’ll demonstrate live hypnosis and how it can be used to change your life!

He knows this may sound far-fetched, however he’s throwing the gauntlet down and challenging anyone who wants to be hypnotised to come along to his talk at 1.00pm to find out what it’s really like.

He’ll be explaining exactly what hypnosis is and more importantly, what it isn’t. You’ll be able to question him and witness real live demonstrations on willing volunteers. You’ll find out how hypnosis is being used to treat symptoms such as fears, phobias, depression, panic attacks and anxiety as well as assisting people in becoming non-smokers.
