NEW Best Bar None Award Scheme

Pubs and bars in Bedford have now been shortlisted in the first year of this scheme

The Best Bar None Scheme was open to all pubs, bars and nightclubs in the Bedford Town centre area. The scheme offered premises an opportunity to demonstrate their focus on prevention of crime and disorder. public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm. After being assessed under a wide range of criteria a list of pubs and bars have now been shortlisted for the award these include:The Pilgrim’s ProgressThe Bedford ArmsThe Barley MowThe BearThe Pad NightclubElementsEmbassy Bar and ClubThe Litten TreeThe Hob (formerly Hobgoblin, but going through a name change)Bedford Corn ExchangeThe Kings ArmsThe Rose

The lucky winner will be announced at the Best Bar None Awards Ceremony on 17 January at Bedford Corn Exchange. Good luck to everyone shortlisted!
